Gene was a man who loved life and lived it to the fullest for 72 years. He discovered and shared the strengths and gifts that were uniquely his own; he put his heart into all he did and left each situation better than he found it. He sought and found that which is buautiful in all people and all things. His heart was full of love and compassion; he found joy in living and peace within himself and quietly shared these gifts with me and all who were knew him. A very ordinary man who did extraordinary things! In remembering Gene we too can imitate his goodness.
